Terms and Conditions: Camp Evolve – Kavala, Greece

General Terms

Camp Evolve is organized by Evolve Academy International in partnership with Comfort Travel Ltd. as the licensed tour operator.

Participation is subject to availability and confirmed upon full payment.

The camp is designed for children aged 8–16 years.

Services Provided

Accommodation in Hotel Nefeli, Kavala, Greece.

Transport from Sofia to Kavala and return.

Meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Supervised educational, cultural, and recreational activities.

Travel insurance arranged through Comfort Travel Ltd.#

Payment and Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit of €200 is required upon registration. This amount is part of the total camp fee.

Full payment must be completed no later than 20 days before departure.

If the participant cancels after payment, no refund is granted.

If the camp is cancelled by Evolve Academy or Comfort Travel Ltd., a full refund will be issued.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must comply with camp rules and respect others.

Serious misconduct may result in removal from the camp without a refund.

Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical and dietary information.

Liability

Comfort Travel Ltd. is responsible for travel, accommodation, and related civil liability.

Evolve Academy International is responsible for camp program, activities, meals, and supervision.

Health and Safety

Parents/guardians must ensure participants are medically fit for travel.

Emergency contact information must be provided.

Photography and Media

Parents/guardians consent to participants being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes.

Data Protection

All personal data will be processed according to GDPR and Bulgarian/EU regulations.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Bulgarian law.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

By registering for Camp Evolve, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
